Participation Information



The Marmaris International Festival invites artistic groups from various disciplines to participate and experience the essence of Marmaris’ diverse heritage. The festival is open to participants aged 10 years or older. Eligible groups include:
Folk Dance Groups
Modern Dance Groups
Classical Dance Groups
Country Dance Groups
Folk Music Groups
Chorus Groups
Classical Music Groups
Instrumental Music Groups
Brass Bands
Country Music Groups
Street Theater Groups
Rhythm Groups
Dumb Show Groups
Acrobatic Groups
Majorette Groups
Flag Groups
Vocal Groups

Performance Requirements:

– Performances must last 5, 10, or 15 minutes. – Music can be live, on CD, or USB. – Groups must consist of at least 15 members. – Photos of the group must be submitted with the application form.

Awards & Competitions

The festival includes competitions in various artistic categories. Evaluation fees for participation are as follows:
Soloist: 50 Euro
Duet: 30 Euro per participant
Trio: 20 Euro per participant
Groups: 15 Euro per participant

Participation Fee

The participation fee is 210 Euro per person for 4 nights, including All-Inclusive (AI) accommodation (alcohol not included). Accommodation will be provided in 2+1 person rooms.

Additional Costs:

Single room accommodation: 25 Euro per person per day.

Accommodation Information



Participants will stay in 2+1 person rooms, with an All-Inclusive (AI) package that includes meals and beverages (alcohol is not included). The hotel will be secured after a 20% deposit of the total fee is made.

Transfers

Transfers to and from Dalaman Airport will be arranged at a cost of 35 Euro per person for the round trip. Participants are responsible for their transportation to the competition hall and other festival venues. Assistance with bus rentals can be provided upon request, but participants must cover the rental costs.

Program Information



The festival will run from 27 October 2025 at 16:00 to 31 October 2025 at 10:00.
The program will include various performances, workshops, and competitions. Entrance and exit to the festival area will be coordinated by the festival committee, and the full schedule will be shared with approved participants prior to the event.

Medical Insurance

It is mandatory for all participants to have medical insurance before attending the festival. The organizing committee will not cover any medical or hospital expenses. Emergency ambulance services will be available if necessary.

Application & Payments

– Groups must submit an Application Form to confirm their participation. – Approved groups are required to pay a 10% guarantee fee in advance, which will be deducted from the final payment. – Hotel reservations will be secured upon payment of a 20% deposit of the total participation fee.

Excursions Information



While the festival program details will be announced at a later date, excursions may be available during the event. Information about optional excursions will be provided closer to the festival dates. Participants can request assistance for bus rentals, but they will be responsible for the costs involved.
