Participation Information



The festival will take place from July 14, 2025, at 16:00 to July 18, 2025, at 10:00. Participants must be 8 years old or older, and eligible groups include singing ensembles, majorettes, choruses, folk dance troupes, and modern dance groups. Performances can last for 5, 10, or 15 minutes, with the option to use live music or pre-recorded tracks (CD). Photos of the participating groups must be sent to the organizing team.
Participation Fee: 195 Euros per person for 4 nights, including breakfast, dinner, and accommodation in a 3-star hotel (2-3 beds per room with private toilets and showers).
Leader/Driver Fees: Groups larger than 30 people will receive one free leader or driver (30+1), and for groups of 45 people or more, two leaders or drivers will participate free of charge (45+2).
Exclusions: The participation fee does not cover transportation to festival venues and excursions. Groups are responsible for their own transportation costs. A special Bosphorus boat tour is available for an additional 20 Euros per person. Diesel fuel for group buses will not be provided.

Accommodation Information



Accommodation will be provided in a 3-star hotel with 2-3 beds per room, private toilets, and showers. The fee covers 4 nights, breakfast, and dinner. Participants will stay in comfortable, modern facilities, with shared rooms to foster a social and vibrant festival atmosphere.
Airport Transfer Costs (Round Trip):
42 people on the bus: 25 Euros per person
30 people on the bus: 30 Euros per person
20 people on the bus: 35 Euros per person
10 people on the bus: 40 Euros per person

For groups arriving by plane, a bus will be provided for all ground transportation during the festival. This includes airport transfers, excursions to historical areas on the European side (one-time visit), and transfers to performance venues. The transportation fee must be paid to the festival committee on the first day.

Program Information



Day 1: Arrival in Istanbul in the afternoon. Groups will have free time followed by dinner and a meeting with group leaders.
Day 2: Breakfast will be followed by a visit to Istanbul’s historic Byzantine district, including significant landmarks such as the Blue Mosque, St. Sophia, Topkapı Palace, and the Grand Bazaar. Afterward, free time and dinner, followed by performances at the open-air municipality stage.
Day 3: Breakfast followed by the choice of shopping or visiting the Marmara Sea beach. Groups will perform at the open-air municipality stage and also have the opportunity to share their traditional dances, while learning traditional Turkish rhythms and dances.
Day 4: A special Bosphorus boat tour (20 Euros per person) or shopping excursion. The day concludes with festival performances at the open-air municipality stage.
Day 5: Departure from Istanbul.

Application & Payments

To confirm participation, groups must submit an application form. Once approved, a 10% guarantee fee must be paid in advance, which will be deducted from the final payment. Hotel reservations will be secured after 20% of the total fee is deposited.
All participants are required to secure their own medical insurance before attending the festival. The organizing committee will not cover medical or hospital expenses but will provide emergency ambulance services if needed.

Excursions Information



Throughout the festival, several exciting excursions are included, providing participants with a chance to explore Istanbul’s historical landmarks and enjoy the scenic Bosphorus Strait.
Day 2: Groups will visit the Byzantine historic district, including the Blue Mosque (free entry), St. Sophia, Topkapı Palace, and the Grand Bazaar. Afterward, free time will be provided before dinner and performances at an open-air municipality stage.
Day 3: Participants will have the choice of shopping at a local center or visiting the Marmara Sea beach for a seaside experience. Festival performances will continue at the open-air municipality stage, where groups can teach their traditional dances to the audience, and participants will learn traditional Turkish rhythms and dances.
Day 4: A special Bosphorus boat tour is available for an additional 20 Euros per person. Alternatively, groups can enjoy shopping in Istanbul. The day concludes with performances at the open-air municipality stage.
