Participation Information

Istanbul, where continents meet, offers the perfect setting for a vibrant cultural festival. Surrounded by the Black Sea to the north and the Sea of Marmara to the south, with the Bosphorus Strait flowing between its European and Asian halves, this city is a treasure trove of history, art, and breathtaking beauty. Each year, we invite children and young performers to experience the enchanting allure of the Bosphorus through our festivals.

Eligibility Requirements:

Participants must be 8 years or older. Eligible performers include singing ensembles, majorettes, choruses, folk dance groups, and modern dance groups.

Performance Guidelines:

Performances can be 5, 10, or 15 minutes long. Music can be performed live or played via CD. Groups must submit photos in advance to the organizing team.

Medical Insurance:

All groups must have valid medical insurance before attending. The organizing committee does not cover medical or hospital expenses but will provide an ambulance in emergencies.

Participation Fee:

€195 per person for 4 nights. Groups of 30+ participants: 1 leader or driver free (30+1). Groups of 45+ participants: 2 leaders or drivers free (45+2). A 10% guarantee fee is required upon approval and will be deducted from the final payment.
