Participation Information
We are pleased to invite Folk Ensembles, Choral Groups, Ballroom Dance Teams, Art Schools, Music Theatre Groups, Modern Dance Teams, Orchestras, and Majorette Teams (Children and Youth Groups) to participate in the XX International Music & Dance Festival “ETNO FEST BUDAPEST” from 03 – 06 April 2025.
Budapest, Hungary’s capital, is a city of rich history, culture, and architecture. Located along the majestic Danube River, the city offers a blend of ancient and modern attractions, including thermal baths, classical music venues, and vibrant nightlife.

Groups must complete the Application Form to participate. Approved groups are required to pay a 10% guarantee fee (deducted from the final payment). A 20 EUR per person reservation fee is required (deducted from the final payment). Bank taxes are the responsibility of the group. Cancellation less than 5 days before the festival means reservation fees are non-refundable. Participation Fee Includes:
