Participation Information

We are delighted to invite Folk Ensembles, Choral Groups, Brass Bands, Orchestras, Modern Dance Groups, and Majorette Teams (children, youth, and adult groups) to participate in the X International Music & Folk-Dance Festival “Vienna Festival Days”, to be held from April 3–6, 2025, in Vienna, Austria.

The festival aims to celebrate the cultural traditions of different countries while fostering friendships through dance and music. Vienna, renowned for its baroque streetscapes, imperial palaces, and rich musical heritage, provides the perfect setting for this cultural celebration.

General Rules:

The festival is a non-competitive event, featuring traditional and modern dances, folklore performances, choral music, and other artistic styles.
Groups are limited to three per country.
Participants include dancers, managers, musicians, and accompanying persons. Family members are also welcome at the same participation fee.
Each group should prepare a 12–15 minute program (live or USB). Choral groups may present free-style programs.
Groups must submit a short CV and four photos and bring their country’s flag.
Groups are responsible for their own transportation to and from Vienna.

Festival Organizer Provides:

One free spot for every 25 participants.
Certificates of attendance, souvenirs, and gifts for each group.
Drinks during performances.
Advertising through press releases, social media promotions, posters, and flyers.
Video and photo links post-event (the festival organization retains copyright of materials).
Optional airport transfers and transport during the festival (cost covered by groups, to be agreed upon).

Participants must have personal and health insurance, as medical services are not covered by the festival.
