Program Information:
Festival Schedule: Each group will be required to participate in festival activities during two shifts per day (e.g., morning and night, afternoon and night, or morning and afternoon). A free shift will be available for rest, walks, and rehearsals.
Parades: The festival will include two large street parades, where all groups must participate, as well as smaller parades involving 3 or 4 groups, each with a route of approximately 500 meters.
Presentations: Performances will take place on the main stage, in schools, and at other venues such as social institutions, squares, and clubs. Presentations will also be held in neighboring cities, where groups may perform up to 45 minutes.
Workshops: Workshops will be organized among participating groups to share dances and music, encouraging cultural exchange.
Additional Requirements:
Please send 6 color photos of your group, along with a brief history of the group and a list of members (including name, function, age, gender, and passport details).
Insurance:
Health Insurance: It is mandatory for each group to have personal responsibility and health insurance. While medical services, including first aid, will be available during the festival, the cost of medical treatment must be covered by the group.
