PARTICIPATION INFORMATION
Welcome to Delhi, the City of Djinns, and the capital territory of India, known for its rich heritage and vibrant culture. This festival invites dance and music groups of all styles, ages, and nationalities to participate.
Participation Categories:
Festival Participant (Mandatory): Open to all styles, including Folk Dances, Theatres, Classical, Contemporary, Latin, Ballroom, Street, Modern Social, Oriental, Fusion Dances, Choirs, Brass Bands, Orchestras, and Majorettes.
Age Category: 7 to 70+ years.
Group Size: Minimum 4 members, no upper limit.
Performance Requirements: 4 dance items of 10-15 minutes each, performed 1-2 times daily.
Music: Live or recorded.
Fee: €175, €220, €240, or €280 per person, depending on package selection (details below).
Festival Competitor (Optional): Exclusively for Festival Participants.
Categories: Solos, duets, trios, and groups (minimum 10 members).
Performance: Solos/duets/trios (5 minutes), groups (10 minutes).
Fee: $100 per group; $25 for solos, duets, or trios (+$5 for each additional member up to 9).
Prizes: Groups – $500, $250, $100; Solos/duets/trios – $200, plus trophies and diplomas. Additional surprise awards may be granted.
