We are delighted to invite folk ensembles, choral groups, majorette teams, art schools, orchestras, bands, modern dance teams, and ballroom dance groups (children, youth, and adult categories) to participate in the XI International Music & Dance Festival “Jordan Festival Days” in Aqaba, Jordan, from October 25–30, 2025.
The festival’s aim is to showcase the cultural traditions of various countries and foster connections through music and dance. Performances will take place on streets and squares, bringing music closer to the people.
Non-competitive showcase of traditional and modern dances, music, and performances.
Folk dance groups, modern dance groups, vocal groups, instrumental groups, soloists, and performers from other art styles.
Limited to 50 members (including dancers, managers, musicians, and family members).
Folk ensembles: At least 2 dances, 10–15 minutes each.
Choral groups: Free program of 15 minutes.
Music provided live or on USB.
Submit a brief group CV and photos.
Bring a national flag for the performance.
Only three groups per country can participate.
Arrivals can be at Aqaba International Airport (no visa required) or Amman International Airport.
Festival organizers provide a souvenir, attendance certificate, guide, and promotional materials for each group.
Participants can choose from the following options in 3-star hotels such as DWEIK II, DWEIK III, or similar:
4 Nights (BB): €141 per person (triple room). Double rooms cost an additional €10 per person per day.
5 Nights (BB): €167 per person (triple room). Double rooms cost an additional €10 per person per day.
Dinner: Additional €19 per person per day.
For 4-star hotel accommodations, pricing will be provided upon request.
One free participant for every 25 paid participants.
Extended stays are available at a special rate of €39 per person per day (BB) in a 3-star hotel.
Transport: Transport during the festival, including airport transfers, can be arranged by the organizers at an additional cost.
Health Insurance: Groups are responsible for personal health insurance. Medical services are available, but costs must be covered by participants.
Terms of Participation: By applying, groups agree to the festival conditions. All video and photo materials are the property of the festival organization. Detailed schedules and links to festival media will be provided after confirmation of participation.

07:00–13:00: Arrival at Amman or Aqaba Airport. Hotel accommodation and check-in.
21:00: Free time.
Day 2 (October 26)
09:00–10:00: Breakfast.
11:00–16:00: Excursion to the Dead Sea.
21:00: Meeting with festival representatives.
Day 3 (October 27)
09:00–10:00: Breakfast.
11:00–19:00: Excursion to Petra.
19:30–23:00: Free time or hotel party.
Day 4 (October 28)
09:00–10:00: Breakfast.
11:00–16:00: Beach time or free time.
17:00–19:00: Festival performances.
Day 5 (October 29)
09:00–10:00: Breakfast.
11:00–19:00: Additional excursions.
19:30–23:00: Free time.
Day 6 (October 30)
09:00–10:00: Breakfast.
11:00: Departure.
