Participation Information

We are pleased to invite children’s groups (up to 16 years old) to participate in the International Children Music & Dance Festival “VELEKA FEST” held in Burgas and Sunny Beach from June 7 to 10, 2025. The festival aims to present the cultural traditions of various countries and promote creative exchanges in music and dance. It provides an opportunity for participants to connect and forge lasting friendships through the cultural presentation of their art.
The festival is non-competitive and is open to the following categories:

Folk dance ensembles, contemporary dance companies, majorette groups, traditional dance ensembles
Vocal groups, choirs, instrumental groups, orchestras
Soloists and performers of other arts

General Rules:

Individual performers: up to 6 minutes Groups: up to 8 minutes Dance companies, clubs, and ensembles: up to 10 minutes Music format: live, CD, or flash drive (please specify your preferred option) Send a short biography and 2-3 photos of your group, dance company, or ensemble Groups must wear a group name sign and a country flag Participants must arrange their own transportation The organizer can arrange transfer from the airport for groups arriving by air (cost covered by the groups and based on passenger count)
