We are delighted to invite folk ensembles, choral groups, majorette teams, modern dance groups, orchestras, and performers of all ages (children, youth, and adults) to participate in the International Dance Festival “Sunny Beach Fest”, held from June 19–24, 2025, at Bulgaria’s most famous Black Sea resort, Sunny Beach, near the historic town of Nesebar.
Participants may include mixed folk ensembles, dance groups, majorette teams, singers, choirs, and orchestras. The festival welcomes ensembles from countries such as Bulgaria, Greece, Turkey, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, Poland, Belarus, Ukraine, Georgia, and Russia, among others.
Performances will take place in Sunny Beach, Sveti Vlas (as part of the festival “Chornomors’ke Beads”), and Nesebar.
– The festival spans three days (Friday to Sunday) with at least one mandatory performance on the final night. Groups may perform on all three nights or by prior agreement.
– Each group should prepare one choreography for each night, although varying performances are encouraged.
– Performances can be accompanied by live music or USB recordings.
– A parade on the final night.
– Competitions for the best male and female folk costumes, Miss and Mister of the Festival, and the best dance pair.
– Participants should bring a board displaying the group name and their national flag.
Participants will stay at Hotel “Sea Grace”, a 3-star apartment-style hotel located 600 meters from the beach. The hotel features:
– Apartments for 4–6 people with air conditioning, cable TV, refrigerators, terraces, and private bathrooms.
– Two swimming pools with sunbeds, a pizza bar, sports fields, and a covered stage for rehearsals and events.
If “Sea Grace” is fully booked, alternative accommodation will be arranged at Hotel Camelot or Hotel Prestige City, both offering similar facilities.
Full board with self-service buffet (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). Meals include:
– Breakfast: Rich selection.
– Lunch: Three main courses (cooked, boiled, fried), three types of salad, soup, dessert, and fruit.
– Dinner: A variety of dishes and beverages such as juice, water, tea, and coffee are available for all meals.
– 5 nights: €179 per person
– 6 nights: €209 per person
– 7 nights: €239 per person
For every 15 paying participants, one group member stays for free.
– Performances in the center of Sunny Beach on a professional stage (10×6 meters) with high-quality sound and lighting.
– Additional performances in Sveti Vlas (municipal building terrace) and the Cultural Center in Nesebar.
The festival spans multiple sessions from June to August 2025, with available dates:
– June: 5–10, 12–17, 19–24, 26–July 1
– July: 3–8, 10–15, 17–22, 24–29, 31–August 5
– August: 7–12, 14–19
– Parade and award ceremonies for costumes, Miss and Mister of the Festival, and the best dance pair.
– Diplomas and souvenirs will be presented to all participating groups.
Groups traveling by air will be provided with:
– Airport transfers to and from Burgas Airport.
– Local transportation during the festival as needed.
Excursions to local attractions, including the historic town of Nesebar, and other nearby cultural landmarks may be arranged upon request.
