Accommodation Information:

Accommodation will be provided in hotels and apartments located in Paralia or Olympic Beach, offering proximity to the beach and festival venues.

Hotel Options: Accommodation options include hotels like Yakhintos, Katerina, Xenia Zeus, Ifigenia, Despina, London, Phenix, and apartments such as Rainbow Resort, Passion, Kronos, and Bambus.
Accommodation Packages:
3 HB (Half-Board) per person (4 days/3 nights with 2 meals per day): €129
4 HB (Half-Board) per person (5 days/4 nights with 2 meals per day): €149
5 HB (Half-Board) per person (6 days/5 nights with 2 meals per day): €174
Room Allocation: Accommodation includes multiple rooms with private toilets. For leaders and drivers, two double rooms will be provided. Additional double rooms are available for €12 per person/day.
Additional Stay: Participants can extend their stay at a special price of €39 per day per person with half-board.
Tourist Tax: An additional tourist tax of €1.5 per person per day is required.

Additional Festival Information:

Groups of 24 dancers will receive one free participant, with 48 dancers receiving two free participants, and so on.
A souvenir and gift will be provided to each group.
Certificates of attendance will be awarded.
A welcome reception will be held for group leaders, with drinks provided.
Free parking will be available.
The festival will be advertised through press releases, social media promotions, and posters.

Transport Information: The festival organizers will arrange transport for groups arriving by plane at Thessaloniki Airport (75 km from Paralia). The transport cost will be covered by the group and agreed upon based on the number of participants.
