This non-competitive International Choir Festival welcomes polyphonic choirs, gospel choirs, male, female, or mixed choirs, youth choirs, alpine choirs, local parish choirs, and children’s choirs. The choirs will have the opportunity to perform their own music, sharing their unique traditions and culture with other participants and the public. Performances will take place in baroque churches across the Emilia Romagna region, known for its beautiful landscapes and historical allure. Each choir can perform a cappella or with instrumental accompaniment, including church organs provided by the organization. If an organ is unavailable, an electric piano or keyboard will be provided, though any other instruments must be supplied by the choir. The Festival will conclude with a collective performance involving all participating choirs.
Participants will stay in 3-star hotels, with two options for board: Half Board (HB) or Bed & Breakfast (BB). Packages include:
HB Basis (including concert transfers): €260 per person in a twin room. Includes 3 nights accommodation, daily breakfast, one daily meal (lunch or dinner with water included), festival registration, city tax, personal coordinators, and concert transfers.
HB Basis (excluding concert transfers): €230 per person in a twin room. Same inclusions as above but without concert transfers.
BB Basis (including concert transfers): €225 per person in a twin room. Includes 3 nights accommodation, daily breakfast, festival registration, city tax, personal coordinators, and concert transfers.
BB Basis (excluding concert transfers): €195 per person in a twin room, with the same inclusions minus concert transfers.
Additional charges: €5 per extra person per night (non-performers). If participants require extra nights, arrangements can be made at €45 per night on HB and €35 per night on BB.

Participation requires choosing one of the accommodation packages.
The organization can assist with airport transfers.
A 30% non-refundable deposit of the total package cost is required upon confirmation of participation.
Participants have the option of guided excursions to unique destinations in Emilia Romagna, including San Marino, Bologna, Ravenna, and attractions such as Italy in Miniature. Excursions will be offered on free mornings and can be organized by the Festival’s team to enhance the cultural experience.
