Participation Information
We are delighted to invite Children’s, Youth, and Adults’ Choral Groups to participate in the XV Vienna International Christmas Choir Festival, taking place from November 27 to 30, 2025. The festival’s primary goal is to showcase and promote choral music from different countries, encourage cultural exchange, and foster friendships among participants through music.
All types of choirs are welcome: children’s choirs, youth choirs, adult choirs, mixed, male, and female vocal groups, with or without orchestral accompaniment.
To apply, each choir must submit an application form, including:
Three photos of the choir and one photo of the conductor.
A brief choir CV (5-6 sentences in English).
A recent performance video link.
This festival is non-competitive, and each choir’s program is determined by its conductor.
Performance duration: 12-14 minutes.
By participating, choirs agree to respect authors’ legal rights for performed works and grant permission to the festival to use any recorded material.
Transportation to Vienna is to be arranged by participants. Choirs are asked to bring their country’s flag.
