Open to all groups; no age restrictions (Children, Youth, Adult).
Non-competitive showcase featuring traditional and modern dances.
Maximum of 3 groups per country, with a limit of 60 members per group, including dancers, managers, musicians, and family.
Each group must prepare 2 folk dance performances, each lasting 10 minutes, with live or recorded music (USB).
Performances will take place in the evening, allowing participants to explore the city and take excursions during the day.
Awards for Best Female and Male Folk Costume and Best Dance Couple.
Groups are requested to bring a national flag, submit a short CV, and provide photos.
Groups are responsible for their own transportation to and from Sarajevo.
Fee: €135 per person for a 3-night stay, including full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and tourist tax.
Hotel: 4-star Hotel “BM” with triple-room accommodations.
One free participant for every 20 paying dancers.
Included: souvenirs, group certificates, free parking, and a translator (Russian, English).
Optional airport transfers for groups arriving by plane (at participants’ expense).

13:00 – Arrival in Sarajevo, hotel check-in.
19:00-20:00 – Dinner at the hotel.
21:00 – Welcome meeting with group leaders.
Day 2:
08:00-10:00 – Breakfast.
10:00-14:00 – Sarajevo sightseeing tour.
18:00-19:00 – Dinner at the hotel.
19:00 – Parade in Old Town Sarajevo.
20:00 – Festival evening performances.
Day 3:
09:00-10:00 – Breakfast.
11:00-15:30 – Excursions or free time.
18:00-19:30 – Dinner at the hotel.
20:00-22:00 – Second festival evening and folklore party.
Day 4:
09:00 – Breakfast.
11:00 – Departure.
Additional Notes:
Insurance is required for all participants; First Aid and medical services are available but at the group’s expense.
A detailed festival program and guide will be provided upon arrival.
Photos and videos will be available for download post-festival.
Extended stays available at €40 per person per day, with special programs upon request.
Advance Payment: €30 per person; a non-refundable 10% deposit secures your participation.
Free excursions to key attractions such as Vrelo Bosne, Avazov Tower, Bascarsija, and a cable car ride, guided by local experts.
