“OHRID LAKE” MUSIC & DANCE festival is famous festival in Ohrid region. Organizers of the festival are: Youth culture center in cooperation with World Festival Association, Municipality of Ohrid and National Institution Center for culture “G. Prlicev” from Ohrid.
With pleasure we INVITE you (FOLK GROUPS, CHORAL GROUPS, Orchestra, brass bands, MAJORETTE TEAMS, modern dance teams….) to participate on XXX International Music & dance festival “Ohrid Lake” which will be held from 27 June – 01 July 2025

INSURANCE:
Personal responsibility and health insurance are within the other obligations of the groups. First Aid and Medical Hospital will be available, medical services must be covered by the group.
On your request, You can continue your stay in Ohrid. Price will be 35 Euro per day per person FB and 30 in HB– price is special for the participants in festivals that we can provide. For additional days we will prepare special program for you. If you wish we will organize festival evening in other city.
After Groups arrived in Hotel will be given detailed program of the festival.
The festival will organize the transport for the groups coming by plane by picking them up from airport, during the festival days and back to the airport. You can also arrive through Skopje, Tirana or Thessaloniki Airport which are only 200 km from Ohrid. The cost of the transportation will be covered by the group and will be additionally agreed according to their number. We will also assist you in obtaining visa for Macedonia if necessary. Also, you can arrive in Ohrid airport by plane and we will organize transfer from the airport to the hotel free of charge.
Day 1:
Arrival and hotel check-in at 13:00.
Dinner at 19:00, followed by a welcome reception for group leaders at 21:00.
Day 2:
Breakfast at 09:00, followed by sightseeing from 10:30 to 13:00.
Parade of ensembles through the old town at 19:30, festival opening ceremony at 20:00 with fireworks, performances, and group dancing.
Day 3:
Breakfast at 09:00, followed by a visit to Struga or Ohrid’s cultural sites.
Workshop at 20:00 for groups to exchange and learn dances from each other.
Day 4:
Breakfast at 09:00, followed by a boat cruise on Lake Ohrid with lunch and a stop at St. Naum Monastery.
Dinner at 19:00, with a disco party for participants from 21:00 to midnight.
Day 5:
Breakfast at 09:00, followed by participant departures at 11:00.
Groups are welcome to extend their stay with special daily rates and additional excursions arranged by the organizers. Airport transfers from Ohrid, Skopje, Tirana, or Thessaloniki are available at extra cost.
During the festival, groups are encouraged to explore Ohrid’s rich heritage and surrounding attractions, including the lake and nearby cities.
