PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Open to folk ensembles, modern dance groups, choral groups, orchestras, brass bands, majorette teams (for children, youth, and adults).
  • Participants from Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Russia, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, Ukraine, Turkey, Serbia, Bosnia, Romania, Slovenia, Italy, Sweden, Moldova, Armenia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Hungary, and more.
  • Non-competitive sample of traditional and modern dances.
  • Maximum of 100 participants per group (including dancers, musicians, and managers).
  • Each group must prepare two dances (10-15 minutes each) with USB or live orchestra.
  • Groups must provide:
  • A short CV, 3 photos, and a video link showcasing their performances.
  • Their national flag.
  • Own transport for arrival and departure is required.

Accommodation Information

Participation Fee:

  • 137 Euro for (3 nights / 4 days with 2 meals per day/person).
  • 176 Euro for (4 nights / 5 days with 2 meals per day/person).
  • 219 Euro for (5 nights / 6 days with 2 meals per day/person).

Accomodation with price on Request:

Room Allocation: Two double rooms will be provided for group leaders and drivers at no extra charge. Standard rooms are triple or quadruple with private bathrooms. Additional double rooms can be arranged for an 11 EUR per person daily supplement.

Additional Information

  • Included Benefits: Complimentary souvenir and gift for each group, welcome reception, drinks during performances, and promotion through media and social channels.
  • Insurance: Personal health and travel insurance are the responsibility of each group. First aid will be available; medical services are at the group’s expense.

Transport Options:

  • By Plane: Arrival via Tivat or Podgorica airports. Airport transfers can be arranged at the group’s expense.
  • By Bus: Convenient travel options include combining festivals in neighboring regions, such as Durres (Albania) or Ohrid (North Macedonia), with Montenegro.

Tourist Tax & Insurance: Not included in the participation fee. There is an additional 1.50 EUR per person per day for tourist tax and insurance.

Extended Stay: Participants may extend their stay in Budva at a special rate of 35 EUR per person per night (half-board).

Program Information

DAY 1 – ARRIVAL & WELCOME

  • 13:00 – Arrival in Budva, hotel check-in, free time for swimming and relaxation.
  • 19:00 – 21:00 – Dinner at the hotel.
  • 21:00 – Welcome reception with group leaders.

DAY 2 – CITY TOUR & FESTIVAL OPENING

  • 09:00 – 11:00 – Breakfast.
  • 11:00 – 14:00 – Budva sightseeing tour.
  • 18:00 – 19:00 – Dinner at the hotel.
  • 20:00 – 23:00 – Parade through the Old Town & Festival Opening:
  • Welcome speech.
  • Open-air performances.
  • Fireworks and group dancing.

DAY 3 – OPTIONAL TOURS & WORKSHOPS

  • 09:00 – 10:00 – Breakfast.
  • 10:00 – 18:00 – Optional tours:
  • Visit to Kotor, Herceg Novi, Dubrovnik (Croatia).
  • Boat tour to Sveti Stefan.
  • Aqua park visit.
  • 18:00 – 20:00 – Dinner at the hotel.
  • 20:00 – 22:00 – Workshop: Learning different dances (optional) or free time in the city.

DAY 4 – EXCURSIONS & NIGHTLIFE

  • 09:00 – 10:00 – Breakfast.
  • 10:00 – 18:00 – Optional tours (same as Day 3).
  • 18:00 – 20:00 – Dinner at the hotel.
  • 21:00 – 00:00 – Nightclub visit (optional).

DAY 5 – DEPARTURE

  • 08:00 – 10:00 – Breakfast.
  • 11:00 – Departure of participants.

OPTIONAL ADDITIONAL DAYS:

  • Beach excursions, city tours, and farewell parties available upon request.
