Participation Information
Eligibility:
Every folklore, choral group, modern dance group, majorette team, and orchestra is welcome to participate.
Children’s Ensembles: At least 2/3 of the participants must be 16 or younger.
Youth Ensembles: At least 2/3 of the participants must be 25 or younger.
Adult Ensembles: At least 1/3 of the participants must be older than 25.
Group Size:
Each group should consist of a maximum of 70 members, including dancers, managers, and musicians. Family members may also attend at the same price.
Country Limitations:
The number of participating groups is limited to three from each country.
Performance Requirements:
Each ensemble should prepare at least two dances, each lasting 10-15 minutes, to be performed with a USB or orchestra. Performances will take place in the evening, allowing time during the day for sightseeing.
Additional Requirements:
Each group must provide a short CV in English (6-7 sentences) along with 5 photos.
Groups should bring their national flag.
Groups must arrange their own transportation for arrival and departure.
