Eligible Groups: Folklore groups, vocal groups, orchestras, majorettes, modern dance groups, art schools, choirs, and music bands from all around the world.
Performance Requirements: Each ensemble should prepare a program lasting 12-15 minutes, performed via USB or live orchestra.
Documentation: Groups must bring a national flag and submit a brief CV and group photos by email.
Participant List: A detailed list of participants, including name, surname, gender, date of birth, and passport number, is required 20 days before the festival.
Transport: All groups are responsible for their own arrival and departure transport. For those arriving by plane, the festival committee can assist in arranging transfers and provide cost details.
Participation Fee:
– 149 EUR for 3 nights with half board (HB) – includes 2 meals per day, buffet style with non-alcoholic drinks and local beer at dinner.
– 189 EUR for 4 nights with half board (HB) – includes 2 meals per day, buffet style with non-alcoholic drinks and local beer at dinner.
– Groups of 25+1 (one free leader for every 25 participants) or 48+2 qualify for leader accommodation free of charge.
Hotel: Participants will stay in the 3-star Tourist Resort Duga Uvala with its own private beach. Rooms are triple or quadruple. Leaders and drivers will be accommodated in 2-person rooms with additional double rooms available on request at 11 EUR per person per day.
Amenities: The hotel offers buffet-style meals with drinks included.
Accommodation Upgrades: Alternative hotel options with higher categorization can be arranged upon request.
