Participation Info

Eligible Groups: Folklore groups, orchestras, majorettes, modern dance groups, choirs, and music bands from around the world.

Performance Requirements:

– Non-competitive presentations of traditional and modern dances, choral performances, and orchestras.

– Each group must prepare at least 2 dances, each lasting 10-15 minutes, to be performed in the evening.

Application Process:

– Submit an application form (available upon request). Completion of the form confirms acceptance of the festival’s terms.

– An advance payment of 30% of the overall cost is required to secure participation, non-refundable upon cancellation.

– Limited to 3 groups per country.

– Deadline for participant lists, including names, dates of birth, and passport numbers, is May 10.
