Entries are welcomed from traditional and stylized national dance groups. Selected groups will receive an official invitation and must make an advance payment as confirmation of participation.
Cost of Participation:
Up to 25 participants: €20 per person per day (including group managers and drivers).
Accommodation in three- and four-bed rooms. Participants will be assigned accommodations based on gender. Group managers will receive a single room.
For additional participants: €35 per person per day.
Application Requirements:
Complete the Entry Form to express consent to the festival’s terms and conditions. Submit the following documents:
A brief CV of the ensemble in English.
10 high-quality color photographs of the ensemble in JPG format.
Recent video recordings of ensemble performances in AVI format.
Accommodation Information
The organizer provides the following for all participants during the festival:
Accommodation on festival premises.
Three meals per day.
Standard healthcare services.
For groups arriving by plane, free bus service will be provided throughout the festival (excluding transport to and from the airport).
Each group will have a dedicated guide available to the group manager.
Program Information
The festival program is designed to promote folklore and international cooperation, featuring:
Main Events:
Opening ceremony.
Performances on open-air and indoor stages in Puławy and surrounding towns.
Parades and meetings with local authorities.
Evening of national traditions.
Closing ceremony.
Performance Requirements:
Each group must prepare three different performances lasting 10-15 minutes each (totaling 30-45 minutes).
A two-minute fragment of the performances will be required for the parade.
Additional Information:
Taking photos and recording performances is an integral part of the festival.
Participants are required to pay a 30% advance upon confirmation of participation, with the remaining balance due one month prior to the festival.

The festival promotes cultural traditions from different countries and facilitates opportunities for participants to establish friendships and share their cultures through dance and music.
