Participation Information:

We invite folk ensembles, choral groups, ballroom dance teams, art schools, music theatre, modern dance teams, orchestras, majorette teams, and children and youth groups to participate in the XXV International Antalya Children Festival, taking place from 19 – 24 April 2025.

Important Notes:

Arrival: Participants must arrive in Antalya on 19 April (hotel check-in starts at 14:00).
Departure: Departure is on 24 April, after 11:00 AM (after breakfast).
Early Check-in: €15 per person, including food and beverage service (room not included).
Late Check-out: €15 per person, including food and beverage service (room not included).
Performance Duration: Groups should prepare a 10-minute performance.
Performance Requirements: Participants can use either USB or live music for their performances.
Documentation: Each participating group must send 5 photos and 1 video showcasing their performances.
Language: The festival will be conducted in English.
Free Time Activities: Participants will have historical and tourist trips during free time.
Festival Committee Notes:

Participants will perform in locations assigned by the festival committee.
Groups should bring their national flags.
Transfer to the hotel can be arranged from Antalya airport, and the group will cover this fee. Transfer from the hotel to the festival venue is covered by the festival.

Hotel Details:

The festival is hosted at a 5-star hotel offering ultra-all-inclusive service.
Room Types and Costs:
Triple rooms: €160 for 5 nights, including 3 meals per day.
Double rooms: €197 (additional €37 per person).
Single rooms: €209 (additional €49 per person).
Meals: The ultra-all-inclusive package covers 3 meals per day (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner).
Additional Services:
For groups with 25 dancers, the 26th participant stays free.
A welcome cocktail will be organized with group leaders.
A souvenir and gift will be provided to each group.
Certificate of Attendance for each group.
Free bus parking at the hotel.

Program Information:

The festival program spans over five days, with a mix of performances, leisure activities, and excursions. Here’s a breakdown of the schedule:

Day 1 (Arrival):

10:00 – 12:00: Hotel check-in.
12:00 – 16:00: Free time (Swimming pool, sea).
12:30 – 14:00: Lunch.
17:00 – 18:00: Meeting with the director and choreographer.
18:30 – 20:00: Dinner.
Day 2:

08:00 – 10:00: Breakfast.
12:30 – 14:00: Lunch.
14:30 – 19:00: Hotel activities (Swimming pool, sea).
19:00 – 20:00: Dinner.
20:30 – 22:30: Parade & performances (max. 8 minutes per group).
Day 3:

08:00 – 10:00: Breakfast.
10:00 – 12:30: Hotel activities (Swimming pool, sea).
12:30 – 13:30: Lunch.
13:30 – 16:00: Yacht tour.
17:00 – 19:00: Free time.
19:00 – 20:00: Dinner.
20:30 – 22:00: Performances (max. 8 minutes per group).
Day 4:

08:00 – 10:00: Breakfast.
10:00 – 12:00: Free time (Swimming pool, sea).
12:00 – 13:00: Lunch.
11:00 – 16:00: Aquapark activity.
19:30 – 20:30: Dinner.
20:30 – 22:30: Party at the hotel.
Day 5 (Departure):

07:30 – 10:00: Breakfast.
11:00: Departure.
Additional Notes:

The festival provides airport transfers for groups arriving by plane at a cost of €35 per person (round trip).
After the festival, a link will be sent for participants to download photos and videos from the event.

Excursions Information:

Participants have the opportunity to explore Antalya during free time with several exciting excursions available:

Boat Trip: €12 per person.
Aquapark: €25 per person.
Land of Legends: Price available upon request.
Additional Notes:

Groups can extend their stay in Antalya for an additional €38 per day per person, including all-inclusive service.
Insurance: Groups are responsible for their own health and travel insurance. First aid and medical services are available, with costs covered by the group.
Transport: Groups arriving by bus can use their own transportation during the festival. Fuel will be provided by the organizers.
