Participation Requirements:

– Each country can participate with one group per category. – The group must arrive in Muğla-Marmaris on 16 May and depart on 21 May after breakfast. – There is no limitation on the number of participants, including managers, leaders, musicians, drivers, and dancers. – Dancers of all ages can participate. – Performance duration must be between 5-10 minutes. Each group performs only one piece on stage. – Groups may perform with live music or a USB recording. – Groups should bring their national flags. – The participant list (including age and sex of dancers, musicians, leaders, and drivers) must be submitted before 1 March. – The organizing committee will not pay any fees to participating groups.

Participation Fee:

– 3* Hotel (All inclusive): 175 Euro per person (4 nights/5 days) – 4* Hotel (All inclusive): 210 Euro per person (4 nights/5 days)

Application & Payment:

– Groups must submit an application form. – Upon approval, a 10% guarantee fee is required in advance, to be deducted from the final payment. – Number of seats is limited.

Accommodation Information:



Hotel Options:

3* and 4* hotels chosen by the group.
Accommodation will begin on 16 May at 14:00 and end on 21 May after the festival program concludes.
Room Allocation:

Rooms are available for 3-4 people.
Each group is entitled to two double rooms without extra fees.
Additional double rooms: 8 Euro per person per day.
Single rooms: 13 Euro per person per day.
Meals:

Three buffet-style meals per day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).
Pocket or normal meals will be provided based on the performance schedule.
All drinks are free during the stay.

19:00-21:30 – Dinner
20:30 – Meeting with group leaders
17 May:

07:00-10:00 – Breakfast
12:00-14:00 – Lunch
14:00-15:00 – Official meeting with the Governor (2 participants and 1 group leader in costume required)
16:00-17:00 – Catalog photo shoot (2 participants in costume from each group, bus ready at 15:45)
19:00-20:30 – Dinner
21:00-00:00 – Prom (Red or White themed, held at Club Pineta Event Garden)
18 May:

07:00-10:00 – Breakfast
10:00-17:00 – Free time (excursions available)
12:00-14:00 – Lunch
18:00-19:30 – Dinner
20:30 – Performances
19 May:

07:00-10:00 – Breakfast
10:00-17:00 – Free time (excursions available)

Transportation Information:


By Air:

Groups arriving at Dalaman Airport can request a transfer (Airport-Hotel, Hotel-Airport, and festival transfers) for 600 Euro, organized by the festival team.

Excursions Information:



Free Time Excursions:
Participants will have free time on 18 and 19 May from 10:00 to 17:00. Excursions can be selected from the official excursion document.
