Participation Info

The International Festival “Spirit of Anatolia” is a non-competitive event showcasing traditional and modern dances. The festival is open to:

Children and youth folklore dance groups

Modern dance groups

Instrumental groups

Choirs

Groups and performers from other artistic styles

Age Limit: There is no age limit for participants.

Participation Fee:

4 nights: €198 per person

5 nights: €239 per person

6 nights: €278 per person

7 nights: €318 per person

Inclusions:

Ultra All-Inclusive Basis (3 meals, drinks, snacks)

Participation in 2 concerts and a parade

City tax

Each group can have three double rooms for leaders and drivers. For every 25 participants, the 26th participant is free of charge.

Accommodation Details:

Located on a beautiful beach

Rooms with 3 to 4 beds, each with a private bathroom

Double room: €5 per day/person

Single room: €30 per day

Extra night: €40 per person per day (available for a 7-night stay)

Parking: Free parking available for buses. Groups using their own transport must ensure that all expenses related to vehicle use (accidents, theft, breakdowns, etc.) are covered by their insurance.

Festival Schedule:

May 17:

14:00: Arrival in Kuşadası and hotel check-in

20:30: Meeting and a brief description of the festival program (max 2 leaders per group)

May 18:

10:00: Free time (excursion day; register for excursions in advance)

15:00: Meeting with the mayor (Group leader + 2 couples in costumes)

20:00: Parade

20:15: Concert (performance times will be communicated based on the number of groups)

May 19:

10:00: Free time (excursion day; register for excursions)

20:00: Concert

May 20:

10:00: Free time (excursion day; register for excursions)

21:00: Goodbye party for all participants

May 21:

10:00: Departure of groups after breakfast

Note: A detailed festival program will be provided one month prior to the event.

Important: Groups must cover their own travel expenses to and from Kuşadası. Each participant is required to have a travel insurance policy.

Excursions Info

Free Time: Each group will have designated free time during which they can register for excursions. Explore the beautiful surroundings of Kuşadası and experience its rich history, including sites from Greek, Persian, and Roman times.

Transportation: The festival organizers will arrange airport transportation for groups arriving by plane, with return transport included. The cost will be determined based on group size and is to be covered by the group.
