Participation Information

Number of Participants: Unlimited number of dancers.

Performance Requirements: Each group must prepare a performance lasting 5-10 minutes, either on playback or with instruments.

Age Limit: Participants must be aged 14 and above.

Cost:

1 Day (Breakfast and Dinner, open buffet): €30 per person

4 Nights Half Board (2 meals per day): €120 per person

5 Nights Half Board: €150 per person

6 Nights Half Board: €180 per person

Inclusions:

2 participants free (including drivers).

Groups must bring a flag representing their country.

Groups should provide pictures of their ensemble.

Transportation to and from the festival will be the group’s responsibility.

Free parking during the festival.

Participants will receive gifts and diplomas for their involvement.

A guide will be provided from arrival to departure.

Protocol visits will be organized with local dignitaries (Governor, Mayor, Chamber of Commerce President).

Each group will receive a DVD of the festival program and photos after the event.
