This festival provides a unique occasion for diverse groups from various countries to gather and express their culture and national identity through dance, music, and traditional costumes. We welcome folklore groups, orchestras, modern dance groups, choirs, and music bands from all over the world.
General Rules for Participation:
Non-competitive exhibition of traditional and modern dances, choral performances, majorette displays, orchestras, and brass bands.
Each ensemble should prepare at least two dances of 8-12 minutes each, using USB or live orchestra.
Folklore groups must carry their national flag and bring a minimum of four gifts for municipal visits and festival organizers.
Groups interested in participating must submit an Application Form. Completed applications will signify acceptance of the terms set forth in this invitation.
Limited Participation: Only three groups from each country will be accepted.
Groups must provide a short CV and several photos via email.
By August 16, 2024, each group should send a list of participants including name, surname, sex, date of birth, and passport number.
Folklore groups are required to arrange their own transport for arrival and departure.
Accommodation Information
Participants will be accommodated in a 4-star hotel in Cesme, Turkey, with the following options:
Participation Fee:
129 Euros for 3 Half Board (HB) nights per person (includes 2 meals per day).
159 Euros for 4 HB nights per person (includes 2 meals per day).
An additional day can be booked for 38 Euros per person/day with half-board service.
For groups of 25 persons, one group leader may stay free of charge.

Professional sound, stage, and lighting equipment.
Accommodation in 4-star hotels (3-bedded rooms; supplement for double room is 5 Euros/person/day, supplement for single room is 10 Euros/person/day).

Certificate of attendance.

14:00: Arrival in Cesme, hotel accommodation after meeting with festival representatives and free time.
18:00 – 20:00: Dinner at the hotel.
21:00: Welcome reception with group leaders.
September 8
07:00 – 10:00: Breakfast.
10:00 – 15:00: Ephesus tour (optional) or free time at the beach.
17:30 – 18:30: Dinner at the hotel.
19:30: Ensemble parade.
20:00: Official festival evening featuring a welcome speech, open-air performance, and group singing and dancing.
September 9
07:00 – 10:00: Breakfast.
10:00 – 18:00: Visiting Alacati (optional) or free time at the beach.
17:30 – 18:30: Dinner at the hotel.
20:00: Second festival evening.
September 10
07:00 – 10:00: Breakfast.
10:30 – 12:00: Boat tour program (optional) or free time at the beach.
19:00 – 20:00: Dinner at the hotel.
21:00: Closing ceremony of the festival, where participants will receive certificates and presents from the organizers. There will also be an exchange of gifts between ensemble leaders, followed by a party at the hotel until midnight.
