Participation Information



We are delighted to invite Folk Ensembles, Choral Groups, Ballroom Dance Teams, Art Schools, Music Theatres, Modern Dance Teams, Orchestras, Majorette Teams, and Children and Youth Groups to participate in the 7th International Festival Antalya Paradise from 14–20 October 2024 in Side, Antalya.
Conditions of Participation:

Arrival date: 14 October 2024 (hotel check-in from 14:00).
Departure date: 20 October 2024 (check-out from 11:00 after breakfast).
No limit on the number of participants.
Performances can utilize USB tracks or live music.
Each group must provide 5 photos and 1 performance video prior to the festival.
Performance durations: 3–6 minutes, up to a maximum of 10 minutes.
Performances will be held in open areas with a stage size of 8 x 10 meters.
Each group is required to bring their country’s flag.
The festival committee will select performance locations and monitor weather conditions.
Festival Benefits:

Souvenirs and certificates of attendance for each group.
Welcome cocktail for group leaders.
Free bus parking for participants.
Extensive advertising, including social media promotion, posters, and flyers.
Important Notes:

Personal health insurance is mandatory for participants. First aid and medical services will be available but are not covered by the organizers.
Copyright for all videos and images from the festival belongs to the organizing committee.

Accommodation Information



Participants will stay in 5-star hotels on an ultra all-inclusive basis, which includes three meals per day, open buffet, and drinks.
Accommodation Fees:

190 EUR per person for 5 nights/6 days in triple or quadruple rooms.
Triple rooms: 1 French bed + 1 single bed.
Quadruple rooms: 1 French bed, 1 single bed + 1 smaller extra bed.
Additional charges:
Early check-in: 15 EUR/person (includes food and beverages).
Late check-out: 15 EUR/person (includes food and beverages).
Double room: 43 EUR/person/day.
Single room: 75 EUR/person/day.
Transportation:

Round-trip transport from Antalya Airport: 20 EUR per person.
Participants can extend their stay at the hotel for an additional 40 EUR/day with all-inclusive services.

Day 1 (14 October):

10:00–12:00: Welcome and hotel check-in.
12:00–16:00: Free time (swimming pool or beach).
12:30–14:00: Lunch.
17:00–18:00: Meeting with directors and choreographers.
18:30–20:00: Dinner.
Day 2 (15 October):

08:00–10:00: Breakfast.
12:30–14:00: Lunch.
14:30–19:00: Hotel activities (swimming pool or beach).
19:00–20:00: Dinner.
20:30–22:30: Parade and performances (maximum 8 minutes per group).
Day 3 (16 October):

08:00–10:00: Breakfast.
10:00–12:30: Hotel activities.
12:30–13:30: Lunch.
13:30–16:00: Yacht tour.
17:00–19:00: Free time.
19:00–20:00: Dinner.
20:30–22:00: Performances (maximum 8 minutes per group).
Day 4 (17 October):

08:00–10:00: Breakfast.
10:00–12:00: Free time (swimming pool or beach).
12:00–13:00: Lunch.
11:00–16:00: Aquapark activities.
19:30–20:30: Dinner.
20:30–22:30: Joint party and disco night with all participants.
Day 5 (18 October):

08:00–10:00: Breakfast.
11:00: Departure.

Excursions Information



The festival offers several exciting activities and sightseeing opportunities, including: – Yacht Tour: A relaxing trip to explore Antalya’s stunning coastline. – Aquapark Visit: Fun-filled water activities at a local aquapark. – Historical and tourist trips to explore the rich history and scenic beauty of Antalya.
Guides will accompany each group to ensure a seamless experience during the excursions.
