Participation Information


We are pleased to invite folk groups, choral groups, orchestras, majorette teams, modern dance groups, and music bands from around the world to participate in the “Lloret Melodies” Dance and Music Festival from 26-29 September in Lloret de Mar, Spain. This festival welcomes children, youth, and adult groups with no age or participant limits.

The primary goal of the festival is to present the cultural traditions of different countries while providing participants the opportunity to build friendships and share their culture through dance and music.

Participation Fee: €139 per person
Additional Days: €46 per person, per day (optional)

The participation fee includes:

Participation in festival concerts
Accommodation in a 3-star hotel (triple rooms)
Supplement for a double room: €10 per person, per day
Single room supplement: €25 per person, per day
Half-board (breakfast and dinner)
Diplomas and gifts
Please note: The participation fee does not include transport, optional programs not arranged by organizers, tourist tax (€1.50 per person, per day), or insurance.

Accommodation Information



Hotel: Participants will stay in a 3-star hotel in Lloret de Mar, offering triple rooms by default.

Room Upgrades: Double and single room options are available for an additional cost (€10 and €25 per person, per day, respectively).

Meals: Half-board accommodation includes breakfast and dinner each day of your stay.

Additional Information


Insurance: Personal responsibility and health insurance are required for all participants. First Aid and medical services will be available, but medical expenses must be covered by the groups.

After the festival, organizers will provide a link to festival photos and videos.
