Participation Info

Festival Dates: July 18-23, 2024

Arrival and Reception: Thursday, July 18, between 03:00 AM and 05:00 AM at Benito Juárez International Airport Terminal 1, Mexico City, for transfer to Xalapa.

Departure: Tuesday, July 23, starting at 12:00 PM from your hotel for transfer to Benito Juárez International Airport, Terminal 1, Mexico City. Please ensure your tickets are purchased for 10:00 PM or later.

Cultural Presentation: Each group is required to prepare a program of 15 to 18 minutes maximum for daily performances.

Promotional Video: Each delegation must record a 1-minute promotional video announcing their participation in the festival (July 18-23, 2024) and send it via email or WhatsApp.

Registration Fee: Each international member of participating delegations must contribute a fee of $6,000 Mexican pesos. This will be paid in two installments:

1st Deposit: 50% from April 15-19, 2024.

2nd Deposit: Remaining 50% from June 17-21, 2024.

Additional Fee: Each group must pay an additional registration fee of 20 euros per person.

Accommodation Info

Lodging: Accommodation will be provided in a 4-star hotel in quadruple rooms.

Meals: All members will receive meals during the festival duration.

Medical Services: Medical services will be available if required throughout the festival.

Program Info

A detailed itinerary of activities will be provided to each delegation director at the directors’ meeting upon arrival.

All members must wear their official festival badge, which will be delivered upon arrival.

A guide will be assigned to each group to assist with activities, needs, and any details required throughout the festival.

Delegations must designate a member to participate in the “Señorita InspirArte” contest held during the dinner dance, with the winner wearing the sash until the end of the festival.

Each delegation must confirm their flight itinerary by June 2024.

Excursions Info

Each delegation must bring a flag representative of their country or region and the insignia of their group for cultural exchange.

Delegates should bring a representative craft from their region, city, or country for a “Gift Exchange” with directors of other delegations.
