Groups from all over the world can participate in the festival.
Performances should include a free program of 30 minutes.
Participants must be aged 12 or older.
A maximum of 50 people per group is permitted.
It is recommended that each group brings a small gift for exchange.
Groups should bring their national flag and a visible panel displaying the group name.
Participants must provide a brief history, photos, and material for advertising.
Upon receipt of the application form and completion of the advance payment, the organizer will send an official letter of invitation for festival participation.
The final payment is due 90 days before arrival.
It is recommended that groups arrive by bus. If arriving by flight, transfer from London Gatwick Airport to the hotel will be provided at no charge.
All groups will be met by a festival representative.
Accommodation will be within walking distance from the theater.
Participation Fees:
Bed and Breakfast (5 days/4 nights in a 3* hotel):
€350 per person (room based on 3 people sharing)
€400 per person in a double room
€450 per person in a single room
For every 20 participants, 1 group leader stays free of charge.
Inclusions:
Organization and implementation of the festival.
Performance for the opening ceremony (5 min for 1-10 people representing the country).
Second performance at The Hawth amphitheater main stage (30 min).
Visits to Brighton and London.
Diplomas and certificates for all participants.
Accommodation, including hotel and breakfast.
Free accommodation for the group leader for groups with more than 20 people.
Free parking for buses.
Access to a professional stage with all sound and lighting equipment at the theater.
A DVD of the festival and a photo of the group upon departure.
Transfer from Gatwick Airport to the hotel.

Opening ceremony of the international folklore festival.
Presentation of countries and performance of groups (5 min, 19:00 – 20:00).
Performance by special guest (20:00 – 21:00).
Dinner.
June 18:
Breakfast at hotel (07:00 – 10:00).
Performance at The Hawth Theatre, Crawley (13:00 – 18:00).
Closing ceremony (18:00 – 19:00).

Application Process:
All interested groups must submit an application form.
Approved groups must pay a 10% guarantee fee in advance, which will be deducted from the final payment.

Additional Offer: Guided tour to Arundel is available for an extra charge. Extra days can be arranged if groups wish to stay longer.
