Participation Information

The International Folk Dance Festival in Jesolo, Venice is a non-competitive event that showcases traditional dances performed by folklore groups of all ages. The festival will be held in Lido di Jesolo, a popular beach resort near Venice, Italy, known for its miles of sandy beaches, entertainment, and tourist attractions.

Fees and Payment

Participation Fees:
€240 (4 nights with breakfast and dinner) at a 3* hotel in Jesolo.
€285 (5 nights with breakfast and dinner) at a 3* hotel in Jesolo.

Inclusions: Accommodation in a 3* hotel, half-board meals (breakfast and dinner), participation in 2 concerts, a defile, invitation letter, city tax, and a certificate of participation.

Not Included: Travel insurance, transfers, parking for the bus, excursions, and any extra activities.

Discounts: For every 25 participants, the 26th participant is free of charge.

Additional Costs:

Double Room: €7/person/day
Single Room: €40/day
Extra Night: €50/person/day

Payment Terms: A 30% advance is required upon receipt of the official invitation. The balance is due upon arrival. Please note that advance payments are non-refundable after 18.05.2023. The organizers reserve the right to adjust the festival fee in case of global price increases.

Accommodation Information

Groups will be accommodated in 3* hotels in Lido di Jesolo on a half-board basis (2 meals per day: breakfast and dinner). The rooms will have 3 and 4 beds, each with its own bathroom. Each group can book only 2 double rooms for leaders and drivers.
Extra Costs: Double Room: €7/person/day
Single Room: €40/day
Extra Night: €50/person/day

Accommodation includes: 3* hotel, half-board basis (breakfast and dinner), and rooms with shared or private bathrooms as described above.

Detailed festival program: Will be provided 1 month before the start of the festival. The organizer reserves the right to make any changes to the program and will inform participants promptly. By applying, you confirm acceptance of all festival conditions.

Note: The organizers will arrange transportation for groups arriving by plane from Venice airport to Lido di Jesolo, and back. The transportation cost of €800 should be covered by the group.

Excursions Information

Excursions are extra paid.
Visiting Venice by Boat: Explore Venice, one of the world’s greatest cities of art. Visit famous landmarks such as St. Mark’s Basilica, the Grand Canal, and Piazza San Marco.

Island Tour – Visiting Murano, Burano & Torcello: Discover Murano, known for its glassblowing heritage, Burano with its colorful houses and lace-making tradition, and Torcello, a historical island with only 15 inhabitants today.

Aqualandia: A water park featuring 26 attractions, including the world’s highest water slide and Europe’s highest bungee jumping tower.

Tropicarium Park: A themed animal park with an aquarium, featuring tropical fish, reptiles, and predators like crocodiles and sharks.
