Participation Information

Open to folklore groups, orchestras, majorettes, modern dance groups, choirs, and music bands from all over the world.

No limits on the number of participants or age.

Participation Fee

Cost: 179 Euro per person.

Additional Days: Can be booked for 55 Euro per person per day.

Group Discount: For groups of 26 persons, one group leader participates free of charge.

Inclusion

The participation fee includes:

Participation in festival concerts.

Accommodation in 3-star hotels (2-3-4 bedded rooms).

Supplement for double room: 6 Euro.

Supplement for single room: 15 Euro per person per day.

Half-board (breakfast and dinner).

Diplomas and gifts.

Exclusion

The participation fee does not cover:

Transport.

Optional programs (not arranged by the organizers).

Tourist tax (2 Euro per person per day, payable on-site).

Insurance.

Accommodation Information

Participants will be accommodated in 3-star hotels, offering various room configurations (2-3-4 bedded rooms). The following supplements apply:

6 Euro for a double room.

15 Euro per person per day for a single room.

Day 1

Afternoon: Arrival in Rimini.

Accommodation: Check-in at hotels, meeting with group leaders.

Free Program: Enjoy leisure time at the beach.

Dinner: Overnight stay.

Day 2

Breakfast: Served at the hotel.

Free Program: Option for beach time or boat trips.

Sightseeing: Tour historical sites in Rimini and visit Pesaro.

Performance: Scheduled in Rimini.

Dinner: Overnight stay.

Day 3

Breakfast: Served at the hotel.

Optional Program: Beach time or boat trip.

Visit to San Marino: Explore significant landmarks.

Dinner: Overnight stay.

Day 4

Breakfast: Served at the hotel.

Departure: Participants check out and depart.

Excursions Information

Participants will have the opportunity to explore the rich cultural heritage of Rimini and its surroundings through organized excursions, including:

Sightseeing in Rimini: Tiberius Bridge, Piazza Cavour, Arch of Augustus, Castel Sismondo, Basilica Cattedrale, and the Roman Amphitheatre.

Visit to Pesaro: Explore Castello di Fiorenzuola di Focara, Piazza Del Popolo, Villa Caprile, Cattedrale di San Terenzio, and Casa Rossini.

Optional Visit to San Marino: Discover Piazza della Libertà, Palazzo Pubblico, Cesta Tower, Montale Tower, and Basilica di San Marino.
