Festival Program

• Arrival of all international folklore groups in Malta.


• Transfers from the airport to the hotel, located in Bugibba/Qawra/St. Paul’s Bay/St. Julian’s – the most touristic venues on the island.


• Evening performance by all groups at a designated town, alongside Maltese folk groups.

• Morning: Optional cultural excursion to one of Malta’s beautiful sites.


• Evening: Performance by all groups in another Maltese town, accompanied by Maltese folk groups.

• Morning: Parade of all international groups along the main streets of Valletta, the capital city of Malta.


• Following the parade, presentations will be made to all participating groups by Maltese authorities and the festival organization.

• Departures of all international folk groups.


• Optional cultural excursions available for groups with early arrivals or late departures, including visits to the Three Cities, Mdina (the old capital of Malta), or Marsaxlokk (the fishing village), among other wonderful locations.

• Multiple Room (Triple and Quadruple): €190 per person


• Double Room: €205 per person


• Single Room Supplement: €60 per person


• Children (up to 12 years in a room with two adults): €165


• Half Board Supplement (lunch or dinner, water included): €15 per day


• Children (up to 3 years): Free

• 3 nights accommodation in a 3-star standard hotel

Additional Information

• If needed, arrangements can be made for extra nights at a cost of €40 per person per night (BB accommodation).


• One transfer for the group to and from the airport to the hotel is included in the package.


• Groups arriving at different times will need to arrange their own transfers, but we can assist upon request.


• Each group is responsible for airfare and transportation to Malta.


• Extra persons not performing (friends, family, etc.) incur a supplement of €5 per person per night.
